At NhanceData, the focus is simple:
• Turn raw MLS data into actionable insights
• Help agents and loan officers move from guessing to predicting
• Train professionals to actually understand the “why” behind the numbers
Most people in real estate are still operating descriptively:
“What happened?”
We’re pushing toward:
“What will happen next?”
That means:
✔ Forecasting sales in specific zip codes and subdivisions
✔ Identifying likely home sellers before they list
✔ Analyzing price reductions (OLP vs Sold Price) to understand market pressure
✔ Building targeted marketing lists backed by data, not hope
